• Identify what employers are looking for.
• Help individuals build self-belief and maintain motivation.
• Support Individuals to develop their own presentation skills.
• Support good mental health and well-being.
• Enable individuals to create a working wardrobe and dress for interview.
• Enable individuals to experience support and fun in a group environment.
