I need to create or complete my CV. Can you help?

Yes. If you have an existing CV that needs revising, you can attend one of our regular CV Workshops; check our course schedule here to see when the next workshop is running. If you need to start a CV from scratch, pop in to one of our Job Clubs where our advisers can help you get started.

Alternatively, if you'd like to complete your CV at home but need some help with structuring the content, you can find some great CV template examples online here.

I have an interview coming up and need to prepare. Can you help?

Yes. If you'd like to discuss interview techniques or take part in a mock interview, we can book you in for a one-to-one IAG appointment with our Careers Adviser.

Alternatively, if you'd like some support with looking your best at the interview, why not book in for a one-to-one appointment with our popular Dress for Success service?

I am unable to attend an appointment, course date or workshop. What should I do?

If you know you will be unable to attend a scheduled session, please let us know beforehand by telephone, email or text.

As a small charity, our time is extremely valuable and we ask all of our clients to bear this in mind when accessing our services. If you fail to let us know that you cannot attend a scheduled session, your absence will be recorded and it may affect your ability to access our services in future.
