We will work with you as an individual and will support you in overcoming your personal challenges providing you with tailored careers training and advice to boost confidence and give you practical skills.
Whether you’ve recently been made redundant, have spent some years out of paid work, are looking to change jobs, or return to work we will partner with you to give you the help, advice, and guidance that you need.

Our Mission
Works for Us promotes social inclusion by helping people to make informed choices about employment and training needs, providing them with a pathway to paid or better paid work. We enable them to access vocational guidance, training and volunteering. We raise their skill levels, qualifications, motivation and confidence to help them to compete more effectively in the labour market.
