Working Wardrobe

Our Working Wardrobe provides clients with free smart work wear attire suited for any interview, plus the opportunity to discuss top tips for acing an interview, with a focus on confidence-building and styling. 

Although office attire is becoming more casual, with agile working and home working, Interview standards are ever more competitive!  It is important to set the right first impression that stays even after you leave.

During a one-to-one session, you will:

• Have access to a variety of smart workwear in a range of sizes and styles.
• Learn how to dress with confidence for your interview with the help of our dedicated stylist
• Work on developing positive self-esteem
• Understand how to make a great first impression
• Own an interview outfit for free!

All work wear is of high quality, our team spend their time ensuring it is all laundered, ironed/pressed, and styled to suit an interview. We receive materials from other generous members of the public as well as local organisations and businesses. 

Clients and the team will work together to pair outfits with accessories including belts, cufflinks, and shoes to complete a well-presented look. 

The Works for Us team is highly trained to provide clients with the best support and advice for interview preparation and employment success.
