We are trying to find out how we can improve our services and support by working more closely with Milton Keynes Citizens Advice, so that our clients can benefit from getting help and advice with any money, benefits, legal or housing problems. We are carrying out this survey so we can get a better understanding of our clients’ circumstances, concerns and needs.

then either:
1. Complete and save the survey on Word, then send the completed document to: [email protected]
2. Print the document out, fill it in by hand and drop the completed document into Works for Us
