Stress Management with Jade Jade joined works for us as a Stress Management tutor in January 2023. Stress management training focuses on:*Understanding our stress response and why it might be triggered *Learning what specific stressors might arise in life *Discovering a range of tools and techniques that can be implemented to lower stress and reduce the number of stressors encountered in life. She is passionate about helping individuals dramatically reduce the amount of stress they experience in life and become more present and peaceful. By creating a calmer inner environment and learning to respond rather than react, we can more effectively overcome the challenges that arise in life. And ultimately, find more enjoyment and fulfilment by pursuing our goals in work and life.
